By accessing or using the Ikigai Centre Asia mobile application, website, services, content, and any associated platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for any activities or obligations arising from a Minor’s use of the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for accessing or using the Services.
